How to Invest in Military Bonds via Diia and ICU:
Locate the Bonds
Military Bonds are available in the Feed and Services Sections of the Diia app. Navigate to either section and select Military Bonds. Note: If you don't see this option, please update your app to the latest version.
Select Your Bond and Partner
Choose a bond (named after Ukrainian cities awaiting de-occupation) and select ICU from the list of partners.

Enter Quantity
Specify the number of bonds you wish to purchase. In this window, you will also see your yield, payout schedule, and projected returns.
Review and Submit
Double-check your information and tap Submit Request. If you encounter an error at this stage, please return to the start and try again. This usually happens when partner offers are updated in real-time.
Sign and Pay
After confirmation, sign the documents using Diia.Signature and complete your payment.
Payment: Can be made with any of your bank cards.
Payouts: All returns (interest and principal) are credited exclusively to your Diia Card (e-Support card). You can open one online via most Ukrainian banks or directly within the Diia app.
Attention! You must sign the documents within one hour. If not signed within this timeframe, the request will be automatically canceled, and you will need to submit a new one.
Track Your Status
Refresh the page to view your current status. The My Bonds Section will appear, allowing you to track the progress of your application.
Confirmation. Once the funds are processed, you will receive an SMS from ICU confirming your investment amount.
IMPORTANT: At this point, your purchase is active.
Finalization: Legal registration of your bond ownership takes a short period. Final allocation to your account occurs within three business days. Diia will send a final notification once the process is complete.
