Transactions outside the ICU Trade platform (via a manager)

Each transaction is subject to individual approval.

UAH-denominated government bonds (T-bills): UAH 200, or as agreed separately.
Foreign-currency domestic government bonds: UAH 2,000, or as agreed separately.
ICU investment funds (CII): UAH 200 (or by separate agreement).
Other financial transactions: from UAH 200.

Depository services (securities account)

1. Securities transfers

Crediting bonds (T-bills / Eurobonds) to your ICU account: Free.
Transfer to your account at another depository: UAH 500 per transaction.
Change of depository institution or transfer without ICU broker involvement: 0.01% of the bonds' face value (minimum UAH 1,000).‍

2. Account maintenance (monthly)

Custody fee for securities held in account:
Ukrainian government bonds (T-bills): Free.
Government Eurobonds (OSDPs): 0.002% of the average monthly value of securities.
‍Foreign securities: 0.006% of the average monthly value.

Nice bonus: If the monthly fee is less than UAH 5, it is not charged at all.

3. Receiving payments (coupons and redemptions)

If a payment is made in a foreign currency (redemption, coupon payments, or dividends):

For foreign currency-denominated Ukrainian government bonds: USD 35 per transfer, or free of charge if transferred to an account with Bank Avangard.
For Ukrainian sovereign Eurobonds: USD 40 per transfer.
For foreign stocks or bonds: USD 70 per transfer.
Corporate actions notifications: Free of charge.
